Emulator Addiction

This post is old, so what you see here may not reflect my current opinion and mindset, certain information may be outdated, and links may be broken.

Capriccio’s been udpated! Whoot.

I just purchased this Logitech Dual Action Game Pad USB, and wow. This shows how far my gaming addiction has come within the last month. My friend Kristine told me about couple of the games she’s been playing and they are on the SNES emulator. I tried it out, and now I’m addicted to it.

Currently I am working on Tales of Phantasia. That’s a lovely game. So far. But I was afraid I’d break the keyboard while playing this game that I went out and bought the controller. I’m not impressed by it so far. The damn directional pad won’t cooperate with me at times. Otherwise it’s alright. That’s the only kind I can find at the moment, so I’ll just stick with it. It was only $18.95 anyways. I’ll just take what I can get.

If you guys haven’t played ToP yet, I recommend it… the only thing is that the encounter rate is a bit on the high side, but that’s about it. Back to gaming. XD I need to forget about the horrible math test I just took earlier. I bombed it. My math skills are seriously limited.

Yay for 4th of July weekend! More gaming for me! And 15 more days till next Harry Potter book comes out! I’m a nerd and damn proud of it.

  1. i hate those type of d-pads like on the one you’ve bought!! maybe you should buy a ps2 controller to pc usb converter/.

  2. Thanh Ha on

Hehe, gaming is good. That controller is cheap unlike the “controller” that I bought. :D
